How do we begin?
Give me a call, and let's talk about your needs and concerns. If our phone contact is promising, we can schedule a session.  At our first session, I'll use most of the time for learning about the problems for which you're seeking help and about what you have already done to try to change things. Then I'll share my perceptions of the problem, what's needed, and what approach I might use to get you where you want to go. At that point, if we think we are a good fit, we can make arrangements to begin work.   Call 575-751-3848 or email‚Äč

If either of us thinks that individual therapy will not be helpful to you or that another therapist or a program might serve you better, I'll give you some leads for where to look next. My intention is for the first session to either be the beginning of successful therapy or an assessment that will leave you more informed about your problem, what you need, and what to do next. There is no charge for the first session if we decide not to work together.
